A grandmother who raised–and cooked for–five children suggests that my nine- and twelve-year-old daughters could cook some of the recipes offered at Sustainable Pantry. The lofty goals and creative recipes here are offered by Alexa Weitzman, who works a day job as a licensed acupuncturist specializing in treating children who have cancer (read about her in this New York Times article).
